Mr. Abhishek Narbaria, Director and Co-founder of the TCC Group, is a first-generation entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, he worked hand-in-hand with Mr. Umesh Kumar Sahay in building and scaling organizations from the ground up.

He is in charge of the operations of the Group and has been responsible for developing its business relationships. His proactive, personalized approach to the business and competitive spirit has helped towards the growth of the Group and its various businesses.

Mr. Nikhil Dilipbhai Bhuta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience. He serves as the Whole-time Director of the Company and has been associated with the Group since its inception.

He oversees the enabling functions and strategic initiatives of the Group. His proactive approach, tireless work ethic, and visionary leadership have played a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s growth and positioning it as a forward-looking organization.

Mr. M. Srinivas Rao is an internationally recognized business strategist with extensive experience across corporate and development sectors. He has been associated with organizations such as ITC Limited, IRRI, ICRISAT, TiE, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, with expertise in agri-business, business model structuring, inclusive value chains, and technology-led innovation.

He mentors emerging businesses across sectors including real estate, pharma, agri-tech, ICT & FMCG, and contributes to corporate governance and strategic advisory initiatives.

Mr. Rao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University and a Master’s in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, and has completed executive programs from leading global institutions. He is a recipient of the Alumni Achievement Award from the Asian Institute of Management, and his contributions have been recognized by organizations such as USAID and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Mr. Tarun Dinesh Agarwal is a highly accomplished finance and strategy professional with over 36 years of post-qualification experience across diverse domains. He holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Bachelor of Commerce, and Bachelor of Law (LL.B), along with a PG Diploma in Foreign Exchange and Risk Management and certification in Business Consultancy Studies.

His expertise spans finance, strategic planning, corporate laws, taxation, investments, foreign exchange and risk management, project financing, fund syndication, structured finance, ECBs, and private equity. He has extensive experience in audits, statutory compliance, corporate governance, ERP implementation, joint ventures, and setting up overseas subsidiaries, along with strong capabilities in establishing robust internal controls and operational efficiencies. Well-versed in end-to-end business functions including sales, procurement, logistics, and international trade, he has consistently driven growth and profitability.

He currently serves as an advisor to promoters and entities across sectors such as logistics, shipping, bunkering, petroleum product trading, manufacturing, and allied industries.

Ms. Gayathri Srinivasan Iyer is an author, a Chartered Accountant, a Mentor and a Business Coach and Podcaster She has been a Consulting entrepreneur for 25 years in taxation, budgeting, due diligence, and corporate strategy for more than 250 clients. She has interviewed more than 15 business owners who have spoken about their challenges and shared their solutions for the same.

She is the VP of Teachers are Leaders Community where she has been mentoring people with passion to impact millions of lives. She has been associated with working with clients like IHCL, stock-holding Corporations, and other larger corporations. She is an Author of “Strategies for Success”. She has written a book for entrepreneurs in which she has narrated stories of her clients where she has been instrumental in helping them generate revenue for their business.
